Emery Grains

Emery is the hardest mineral after diamond according to mohs scale. The emery grains are widely used for all sorts of abrasive productions, emery blue cloth, millstones, grit blasting, rice milling, factory floors strengthening, anti-slip applications in precast stairs production as well as air-ports, bridge constructions and safe productions.
The approximate chemical analysis of emery processed in our factory is as follows:

Emery grits no: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, 36, 46, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 250 according to fepa and flour emery no:300, 000 as well as mixed emery such as 3-5 mm, 1-3 mm, 0,5-2,5 mm, 0,5-2 mm are produced in our new factory in Ulucak/İzmir with the capacity of 6.000 tonnes per annum.  
We have been exporting emery grains and related products to Holland, Italy, Poland, England, France, Greece, Slovenia, Syria, Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam.
